In the pages of this website I hope to introduce myself & The Watkins Real Estate Group to potential clients and to share with them "The Watkins way" of selling real estate, but also I am excited about the tools this website has available for my current sellers and for new buyers! (See tabs located at the top Right hand corner of this home page)

Please take a look around, you will find it to be more functional than flashy and that is by design. First you will find the Quick Search engine here on the home page. Unlike most company's websites, it includes all of Wichita and surrounding area's active MLS data, not just my company's listings. I continually hear from buyers that they want easy MLS access: well here it is! 

In the Home Search area you will be able to search through current homes on the market. You can conveniently search by zip code, neighborhood or school district. You can easily look at interior pictures, virtual tours & a map to the home. (Including the new "street view". Google recently recorded the City of Wichita & I have linked it onto this site. ~go ahead, go look!) then send in a request for the date and time you would like us to show you the home. 

The Virtual Agent feature is really cool. It allows you, the future buyer, to be in control & set up the criteria for your "perfect" home. Then, if it comes on the market tomorrow or next year, you will receive an email alerting you!
